Mentmore Contemporary Arts, Crafts & Design Show

Mentmore Towers, built in 1855 and the former baronial home of the Rothschild family, is the most powerful of backdrops for this year’s Mentmore Arts, Crafts & Design Show.

Having moved off the golf course and adjacent to Mentmore Towers itself, we made this summer spectacular a great success.

By popular request, this year’s event will have more exciting new stands, more demonstrations, more children’s make and take, an independent Pimms Bar  and to accompany our exclusive resident pianist, the fabulous Jonny Rodriguez and his band.

Auntie Christine cooks and prepares all the food herself. All fresh, wholesome, many organic dishes to tantalise your taste buds.  Try the organic carrot cake and wash it all down with fine wine, teas and coffees. Whilst enjoying the superb gastronome, be serenaded by our exclusive professional pianist and ask for your favourite piece as a request.

Held in clear span marquees, the 3 day event will house carefully selected exhibitors showing a wide range of original work. On display, will be quirky, inspiring and individual works of art in the form of leather and textile handbags, ladies fashion clothing and accessories aromatic soaps, dazzling jewellery, fine bone china, sculpture,…… the list goes on and on.

Many of these exhibitors willingly demonstrate their individual skills to the discerning visitor. Add this to our British Food Mall, a specialist British food producers section, a great day out for all is guaranteed.
